The basis we work on
You book
the freight.
CAPRA sells on a collection basis. Goods are made available in Hong Kong and your forwarder collects them. We are not a freight forwarder.

Stock is generally brought into Hong Kong first
Most lots are consolidated in Hong Kong before handover. Where a particular lot sits at the time affects how quickly it can be released, which is why dispatch timing is confirmed per order rather than published.
Your forwarder collects
You nominate the forwarder or courier, and they collect in Hong Kong.
Booked and paid by the buyer
You book and pay your own forwarder directly. CAPRA does not arrange or invoice freight.
Customs and duties are yours
You are the importer into your own market and are responsible for customs clearance, duties, taxes and any local requirements that apply to footwear there.

Who books and pays the freight?
The buyer. You nominate the forwarder or courier and pay them directly. CAPRA is not a freight forwarder and does not arrange or invoice shipping.
Where does my forwarder collect?
Hong Kong. Stock is generally consolidated there before handover.
Who is the importer of record?
You are. Customs clearance, duties, taxes and any local requirements in your market are your responsibility.
Which markets have you supplied?
Hong Kong, Mainland China, and elsewhere in Asia including Taiwan, Korea and South East Asia. CAPRA has not shipped to Europe, the Americas or the Middle East.
How long from confirmed order to dispatch?
Confirmed per order. It depends where the lot sits at the time.
