A record of what has been quoted
Where CAPRA lists a brand, it is describing stock it has quoted to trade buyers in the period stated. It is a historical record, not a standing range and not an offer.
No authorisation, agency or endorsement
CAPRA HK LIMITED is not an authorised dealer, authorised distributor, licensee, agent or representative of any brand named on this site, and does not hold itself out as one. Nothing on this site should be read as sponsorship, endorsement or approval by a brand owner.
Where the stock comes from
Stock is sourced mainly from authorised distributors overseas, with some local supply. That describes CAPRA’s own suppliers. It says nothing about CAPRA’s status with any brand.
Named in text, never displayed as marks
CAPRA refers to brands in plain text. It does not display brand logos or marks on this site, because doing so implies a relationship it does not have.

Does listing a brand mean CAPRA is authorised by it?
No. CAPRA HK LIMITED is not an authorised dealer, authorised distributor, licensee, agent or representative of any brand named on this site. Listing a brand records what CAPRA has quoted, nothing more.
Why does CAPRA name brands at all?
For identification and description, so a trade buyer can tell whether CAPRA has been quoting the kind of stock they buy. It is a historical record, not a standing range and not an offer.
Does CAPRA display brand logos?
No. Brands are referred to in plain text only. Displaying a brand logo would imply a relationship CAPRA does not have.
Who owns the trade marks referred to on this site?
All brand names, trade marks, service marks, logos and product names are the property of their respective owners.
How does a rights holder raise a concern?
Email contact@caprahk.com identifying the mark and the page or wording concerned. We will review the concern directly.
