Stock is sourced mainly from authorised distributors overseas, with some local supply. It is generally consolidated in Hong Kong and released to your forwarder. Nothing is repacked, relabelled or reboxed along the way.

What “authorised” refers to
It describes our suppliers. CAPRA itself is not an authorised dealer, distributor, licensee or representative of any brand.
Original cartons, unopened
We do not open, repack or relabel goods.
Upstream supplier identities are confidential
We do not disclose our upstream suppliers. A distributor invoice can be shown on request, with names and cost redacted.
Confirmed per order, in writing
MOQ, price basis, payment terms and available documentation are confirmed in writing for the specific lot before it ships.

Travels with the goods, listing cartons and quantities. It does not carry weights.
Redacted distributor invoice
Shown on request. Supplier names and our cost are removed.
Company verification
We send our Hong Kong Business Registration certificate on request, so you can confirm who you are contracting with.

Is CAPRA an authorised distributor?
No. Stock is sourced mainly from authorised distributors overseas, with some local supply. That describes where CAPRA buys. CAPRA is not an authorised dealer, distributor, licensee or representative of any brand.
Do you inspect or authenticate the goods?
No. Cartons arrive from the distributor and leave unopened. CAPRA does not open, inspect, grade, authenticate, repack or relabel them.
Can I see a distributor invoice?
Yes, on request, with supplier names and CAPRA’s cost redacted.
Will you tell me who your suppliers are?
No. Upstream supplier identities are confidential.
What is on the packing list?
Cartons and quantities. It does not include weights.
